DELIVERY AND REFUND & EXCHANGES POLICY

DELIVERY POLICY

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours and delivery confirmed by way of e-mail.

Funky Pants will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. Please be informed that any goods lost or damaged in transit are at your liability. Should you require insurance for your parcel, please make arrangements or contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Please allow 2-3 working days for orders to be processed and shipped. Timescales of delivery with the courier is normally within 2-5 days nationally and between 5-10 days for outlaying areas.

Overnight deliveries are only delivered on working weekdays. Orders need to be placed before midday. Overnight delivery only applies to local and national areas.

The delivery costs relate to the weight of your order and the address to which you’d like your order delivered.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties or taxes being charged from your country. Due to cost variances for weights and country destinations, there could be an extra Shipping amount that will be calculated once the parcel is packed. The extra amount will be charged to the customer.

 

REFUND POLICY

You can only exchange new, unworn items within 7 days after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes underwear,costumes and sport bras.

The provision of goods and services by Funky Pants is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Funky Pants will refund the client in full within 30 days. 

Refunds are subject to exclusion of specials, gift cards and discounts. There will be a 5% admin cost on the amount refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at orders@funkypants.co.za.

Exchanges can be done within 30 days of purchase provided it is still in the condition it was purchased, it has not been worn or washed and the tag is still on.

You can exchange it at 4 Glenmore Crescent, Durban or we can arrange a courier to collect and deliver which will be at your cost.

We are unable to refund original postage or returns postage.

Please obtain a "Proof Of Posting" by returning your parcel with either a registration or tracking number as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged on return to us.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY 

Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. Funky Pants shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Funky Pants shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfill orders. We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of all items at all times. Should a certain style/colour be out of stock, we will advise you and offer advise on alternative styles and colours. Should you want a specific colour, we will advise expected delivery dates. 
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, please note that colours may vary.
